Definition and Object of the Contract<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Access to and use of the <em>MOIRA SPEROLINI<\/em> website implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern the contractual relationship between KAYMAN DESIGN SRL, with registered office in Piazzale Risorgimento 14 24128 Bergamo (BG), and the Customer. The contract, concluded pursuant to Article 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005<em>(Consumer Code<\/em>), governs the sale of artistic creations, original works of art, jewelry and semi-precious stones through the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.moirasperolini.com\" title=\"\">www.moirasperolini.com<\/a> and other distance sales channels.    <\/p>\n\n<p>These terms and conditions shall remain in effect until amended, which shall take effect on the date of publication on the site and shall apply to subsequent orders.<\/p>\n\n<p>Customer represents and warrants that he\/she is 18 years of age or using the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Packaging. Authenticity only:   <\/strong>We never use non-authentic items. We do not deal in imitations and please do not doubt it. All stones are accompanied by the property sheet. We can&#8217;t get the stones picked out, but have confidence in us. The photo represents a stone or artistic creation very similar to the one you will receive being handmade and still unique in color and shape. Also know that we always strive to choose the best stones and materials. Packaging and wrapping are free of charge. Some products will be delivered with complimentary gift wrapping.       <\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Prices and Availability<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Product prices are given in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are specified during the purchase process. <em>MOIRA SPEROLINI<\/em> reserves the right to change prices without prior notice and to update product availability at any time. <\/p>\n\n<p>We provide accurate descriptions of our products and services; however, we cannot guarantee that the descriptions are error-free<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Methods of Payment<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Payments can be made through the following methods:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Credit Cards:<\/strong> Card information is protected by SSL encryption and is not stored by <em>MOIRA SPEROLINI<\/em>&#8216;s system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayPal:<\/strong> Payment is made through the PayPal circuit, which guarantees the security of the transaction without sharing financial data with the seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Bank Transfer:<\/strong> After confirmation of the order, the Customer will receive the bank details for payment. Shipping<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>Some items for sale on our site are made by us at the time of order, this may delay shipping by 3\/4 days<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Standard shipping (5-6 business days):<\/strong> <strong>\u20ac 6,60<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Express shipping (2-3 business days):<\/strong> + <strong>\u20ac2.00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Free shipping on orders over \u20ac 99.00<\/strong> (Italy only).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Surcharge for shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria:<\/strong> <strong>+ \u20ac 3,00<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>In-store pickup:<\/strong> Free of charge at Via Marconi 4\/E, Lovere (Bergamo).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Optional insurance:<\/strong> <strong>+ \u20ac 5.00<\/strong> to protect the shipment from loss or damage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>Shipments are entrusted to express couriers (Poste Italiane or equivalent). Delivery times indicated are estimated and may vary due to causes beyond the control of <em>MOIRA SPEROLINI<\/em>. <\/p>\n\n<p>The courier <strong>is not required to contact the customer before delivery<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p>In the event of a damaged package, you must accept <strong>subject to inspection<\/strong> and report any issues within <strong>24 hours<\/strong> to the email address <strong><a href=\"mailto:info@moirasperolini.com\">info@moirasperolini.com<\/a><\/strong> or by phone at 0364205291(Mon. to Fri. 9 a.m.-12:30 p.m.), stating the problem encountered.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Shipment Tracking:<\/strong> The Customer will receive a tracking code to monitor the status of the delivery.<\/p>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n<p>According to Article 53 of the <em>Consumer Code<\/em>, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within <strong>14 working days<\/strong> from the date of receipt of the goods. <\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Customer will need to fill out the <strong>return form<\/strong>, available in the <em>My Account<\/em> section or sent by email when ordering.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The return is the responsibility of the Customer and will be handled through a courier company with cost to the Customer.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reimbursement, net of shipping costs, will be by a <strong>voucher<\/strong> of equal value, redeemable at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.moirasperolini.com\">www.moirasperolini.com.<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:<\/strong> Custom or personalized products cannot be returned.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>6.
